This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Medina County Court Docket cannot retrieve official records, reset a setting, issue certified copies, remove or seal a case, or provide legal advice. The clerk or court with custody of the file can address those requests.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route the request by the court that heard the case. A Common Pleas case can begin with the Odyssey Portal and the Clerk Legal Division. Medina Municipal cases use Benchmark Case Access. Wadsworth and Brunswick each retain separate local routes. The correct office can confirm the current setting and supply a record copy.
- A case lookup: use case search to identify the correct court and portal.
- A hearing date: review the court calendar and confirm directly with the court.
- A certified Common Pleas copy: contact Clerk Legal Division or Archives for an older case.
- A municipal or Mayor's Court file: contact the local court clerk, not the County Clerk.
- A court-record request: use the procedures on the court records page.
